Alliance Group Training Organisation (AGTO) connects apprentices and trainees with industry, creating practical pathways from training into real employment.
As a Group Training Organisation (GTO), AGTO employs apprentices and trainees under Training Contracts and places them with approved host employers. We manage and support the employment relationship, while working closely with businesses and training providers to ensure each apprentice has the right environment to learn, work and develop.
Our role goes beyond making a placement. We stay connected throughout the apprenticeship, providing guidance and mentoring, monitoring progress, supporting workplace learning and helping apprentices build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
At the same time, we support host employers with the structure and assistance they need to develop capable workers and contribute to the future of their industry.
